X2Joy 是一款手机和电脑直连使用的工具：手机和电脑主要在同一个 Wi‑Fi 下通信。我们不提供账号体系，不会在我们的服务器上集中存储你的操作数据。

1. 我们不收集/不上报的内容

  • 我们不会向我们的服务器上传你的体感控制数据、按键输入、界面布局/操作方式配置等使用数据。
  • 我们不会接入第三方统计/广告/崩溃上报 SDK 来收集你的设备信息或行为数据。
  • 我们不会收集你的通讯录、短信、相册内容、精准定位、广告标识符等与功能无关的信息。

2. 在本地使用的数据（不上传）

  • 体感与按键操作数据：只在你自己的设备上处理，通过本地直连方式发送到你指定的电脑端。
  • 连接信息：你输入/扫码得到的本地配对地址等，仅用于连接你自己的电脑端。
  • 配置数据：如界面布局、操作方式、语言等设置，保存在你的设备本地，用于下次启动恢复。

3. 网络通信说明

  • 手机端与电脑端：在同一 Wi‑Fi 下直连通信，用于实现控制功能。
  • 更新信息拉取：应用可能访问 https://x2joy.com/latest.json 获取最新版本信息。该请求不包含你在应用中的操作数据，但会像所有网络请求一样在服务器侧产生基础访问日志（例如来源 IP、时间、User-Agent）。

4. 权限使用

  • 相机权限（如适用）：用于扫码快速填写电脑端配对地址；我们不会上传你的相机画面。
  • 体感权限（如适用）：用于识别握持姿势以实现体感控制。
  • 网络/本地网络权限：用于在局域网内连接你自己的电脑端。

5. 信息共享

  • 除法律法规要求或监管/司法要求外，我们不会向第三方披露你的个人信息。

6. 你的选择

  • 你可以随时停止使用并卸载应用；卸载通常会清除本地保存的配置数据。
  • 如需咨询或提出请求，可通过页面底部“联系”获取邮箱并与我们沟通。

7. 政策更新

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后继续使用服务即视为你接受更新内容。

X2Joy is a local-first LAN controller. The mobile app primarily communicates with your PC companion within your local network. We do not provide an account system and do not centrally store your controller data on our servers.

1. What We Do Not Collect / Upload

  • We do not upload your motion-control data, button inputs, or layout/control-setup settings to our servers.
  • We do not integrate third-party analytics/ads/crash-reporting SDKs to collect your device or behavioral data.
  • We do not collect data unrelated to the service, such as contacts, SMS, photo contents, precise location, or advertising identifiers.

2. Data Processed Locally (Not Uploaded)

  • Motion and button input data: processed only on your device and sent directly to your chosen PC over your local network for control functions.
  • Connection info: local pairing address obtained from QR code or manual input, used only to connect to your own PC.
  • Settings: layout, control setup, language, and similar preferences are stored locally on your device for convenience.

3. Network Communications

  • Mobile ↔ PC: direct communication over the same Wi‑Fi to enable control features.
  • Update check: the app may request https://x2joy.com/latest.json to fetch version metadata. This request does not include your control data, but standard server access logs (e.g., source IP, timestamp, User-Agent) may be generated.

4. Permissions

  • Camera (if used): for scanning QR codes to fill the PC pairing address; we do not upload camera frames.
  • Motion sensors (if used): to detect how you hold the phone and enable motion control.
  • Network / local network: to connect to your PC within your local network.

5. Sharing

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties, unless required by law or legal/regulatory requests.

6. Your Choices

  • You can stop using the service at any time and uninstall the app. Uninstalling typically removes locally stored settings.
  • For inquiries, use the Contact entry in the footer to reach us.

7. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
